The Best Coffee Shops in Las Vegas

The neon-lit skyline, the dinging slot machines, the endless entertainment, the giant sphere. These things always come to mind when someone mentions Las Vegas. Coffee isn’t exactly high on the list. But it’s not for lack of high-quality roasters and skilled baristas.

Whether you’re looking for a reliable cup of morning coffee or a one-of-a-kind experience, there’s a cafe for you somewhere on the streets of Sin City.

To help you get there, here’s a list of the best coffee shops in Vegas, baby. Use this as a guide, and finding a great cup of coffee won’t be such a gamble.

Yaw Farm Coffee Roaster

You won’t find booths, sidewalk seating, or high-speed wifi at Yaw.

What this little family-owned shop does have is fine beans, innovative flavor combos, and passionate baristas. If you’re looking for a memorable cup of coffee, you can’t ask for more than that.

How fine are the beans, you ask? Well, this is the sort of place that even the pickiest coffee drinkers will fall in love with.

As for the flavor combos, the menu is full of standout drinks. Try the blackberry latte, the vanilla chai Yawtte, or Yaw-hoo cold brew (or all three). Oh, and the owner himself will probably brew your coffee.

Find Yaw Farm Coffee Roaster:

7034 West Charleston
Las Vegas, Nevada 89117

Gäbi Coffee & Bakery

If you’re looking for the perfect, dimly-lit Instagrammable cafe, Gäbi is the place to go.

From the outside, this cafe looks like an unremarkable hole in the wall (no signage, just a large wooden door). But once you step inside, you’ll feel like you’ve walked into a Korean-style retreat.

There are lots of seating options (including traditional shoeless seating), plants for days, a library nook, and some pretty cute saucers.

But Gäbi isn’t just pleasing to the eye. It’s also pleasing to the palette. It’s got great coffee and incredible macarons.

The only catch? It’s a tad pricey. And it does get crowded.

Find Gäbi Coffee & Bakery:

85808 Spring Mountain Rd #104
Las Vegas, NV 89146

Urth Caffé

Urth is a European-style “mini-chain” that has several locations across California and Nevada. Your options in Las Vegas, however, are a branch in Wynn Plaza and another in the UnCommons culinary Hub.

Your best bet is probably the Wynn location. This way, if the line is long, you can kill time window shopping until the crowds clear up.

Try the matcha boba.

Las Vegas, NV 89109

Sambalatte

With three locations in the Las Vegas area, Sambalatte emphasizes culture, atmosphere, and quality. Serving an ethical product that reflects their knowledge of the source, they are wholly committed to delivering the best coffee experience in the city. They also have a state-of-the-art coffee lab that provides sensory immersion experience.

So head to one of their locations, grab your favorite coffee drink and a freshly baked treat (these people know how to make a cranberry muffin), and enjoy the atmosphere.

5. Bungalow Coffee Co

Need a caffeine jolt to continue your tour of the Arts District? Refuel at Bungalow.

It’s a two-minute walk from the Arts Factory gallery (your one-stop shop for soaking in the art scene). And much like the gallery, it’s quite spacious. Think 3,000 square feet.

Plus, the baristas there have aced two critical skills: (1). Making divine specialty coffee (see: the Rosemary Latte) and; (2). Creating Instagram reels that will keep you thinking about their coffee shop.

Specializing in bold espresso and smooth cold brew, Bungalow’s mission is to provide Las Vegas with a haven of creativity and community. Mission accomplished.

6. Grouchy John’s

Grouchy John’s motto is “Caffeinated Happiness,” which sounds a bit ironic. Then again, it was voted best coffee shop in Las Vegas in 2024.

The truth is, you’re likely to leave either of Grouchy John’s two locations with a spring in your step. How could you not when they serve stellar bulletproof coffee?

If you’re looking for something more fun, order from the Star Wars-themed section in the menu. Try the Jedi or the green Yoda smoothie. Actually, do or do not. There is no try.

7. Caffé Bottega

Tucked away in the Tuscany Suites & Casino, this cozy Italian coffee house has won five Best of Las Vegas Gold awards.

Caffè Bottega is dedicated to the art of espresso and the craftsmanship of Italian coffee. Their caramel latte is top-notch. They also make a mean chicken panini. So, make sure to come a little hungry.

Whether you’re a Las Vegas local or a visitor to the city, Caffè Bottega a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

Had enough drip coffee and pour-overs? You might want to try a cup of Turkish coffee at Alchemy, a cozy little spot tucked away in the Summerlin area. They’re also serving up genuine cold brew and authentic Italian espresso beans. You might also want to try the Creme Brule Latte, one of their most popular drinks.

Should you make a stop at Alchemy, be sure to pair your coffee with a piece of their delicious Baklava. They also have an orgasmic Cheesecake Baklava Muffin. If you’re looking for something a little more savory, try one of their breakfast sandwiches or paninis.

Vesta might have begun with a tiny drum roaster; but today it is considered one of the top cafes and coffee roasters in Las Vegas. The brand maintains its superior quality and 98% of their menu is scratch-made.

Vesta has two primary locations – one in the Arts District and one in Summerlin. The Arts District location has an on-site roastery, while the Summerlin location has an on-site bakery. The general vibe at both locations is hip and energetic. Vesta also has stalls at the Durango Resort.

Vesta allows customers to select brew methods, including Aeropress, Chemex, and French Press. You can also choose from a variety of specialty coffees from around the world. The owners clearly take pride in only selling from trusted suppliers. They even have a subscription service. Visit their website to learn more.

10. PublicUs

When the Las Vegas Review-Journal rounded up the best 100 places to eat in the city, they ended up putting the canteen-style PublicUs in the Modern American category. Well deserved.

Located in the Fremont East District, PublicUs is more than a restaurant. It’s a specialty coffee bar featuring Velton Ross roasts, an expensive menu, and house-made syrups.

It’s a particularly good option if you’re looking for a communal cafe vibe. It’s got plenty of loyal neighborhood customers to support the vibe, too.

11. MadHouse

Are you one of those people who need caffeine fixes at ungodly hours?

No judgment here. And you’ll want to check out The MadHouse Coffee at the strip mall on Desert Inn Road. They’re open (and unreasonably energetic) 21 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Their best-seller is a white chocolate mocha with Nutella. But the Monkey Mocha is a must-try. It’s been on their menu for ages, and for a good reason. The peanut butter and banana add a kick to the drink so you can match the staff’s energy.

Find The MadHouse Coffee:

8470 W Desert Inn Rd
Las Vegas, NV 89117

12. Desert Wind Coffee Roasters

Tucked behind a gas station on the corner of Sahara and Buffalo is this cozy coffee house.

It’s the perfect place to grab a classic espresso, knowing the roast won’t disappoint. It’s also possible to order something not so traditional. After all, they have a Breaking Bad menu.

The signature (and clear fan-favorite) is the Walter White. The flavor pairings here are brilliant. You’ve got two espresso shots, caramel, and the cafe’s homemade chocolate with some half-and-half. It’s strong, creamy, and as rich as can be.

Desert Wind roasts in small batches and serves their customers within hours of roasting. This is why the quality and character of their coffee is so memorable.

7772 W Sahara Ave.
Las Vegas, NV 89117

13. Bad Owl Coffee Roasters

This coffee shop is Harry Potter-themed, but only subtly. So, if you’re a Potterhead, you’ll enjoy the little hints. And if you’re not? No harm, no fowl (Ha, get it?).

Definitely try the Butterbrew, which is the house’s signature treat. And for a solid pick-me-up, try the the Oat-chata latte with a double shot—it’s not too sweet, not too milky, and just the perfect level of spicy. Hungry? Bad Owl’s got a damn fine breakfast burrito.

14. Springs Cafe

There’s a lot to do in the Springs Preserve. You could explore the Nevada State Museum, walk down a historical streetscape, or experience the rush of a 5,000 flash flood (safely, of course).

Or could sit on the Springs Cafe wrap-around balcony and sip a latte while enjoying the 180° views of the city.

The Divine Events catering company ran this spot for years until their contract lapsed in 2022. Don’t worry; Bronze Cafe and the Aspire Coffee House partnered and took over. Get ready to order Bronze’s signature “sammiches” with your drinks.
